My name is Jennifer Bitran and I am an NLP Practitioner/Life Coach for kids, trained at the Center for Advanced Life Skills. I grew up with a love for children and wanting to help them feel emotionally healthy. First I was a teacher for many years, which then lead me to dive deeper into helping children find balance. Having four children myself, I understand the many different challenges children face, as well as the challenges parents face too. I then found NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and how it can help one let go of negative behaviors, alleviate anxiety, help one gain confidence and be more aware of the present moment, allowing for emotional repatterning. With over 10 years of experience, I am proud to work with children and parents alike in a one-on-one setting and in workshop group settings as well.

Coaching is a process designed to facilitate personal development, focusing on helping individuals (or groups) achieve their goals and improve their performance. Here's how it works:
1. Establishing the Relationship: The coaching journey begins with establishing a relationship based on trust and mutual respect between the coach and the coachee.
2. Assessment and Goal Setting: The coach works with the coachee to assess their strengths, and areas for improvement. Then clear and achievable goals are defined.
3. Creating a Plan: Based on the goals, the coach develops a plan of action.
4. Enabling and Implementing: The coach provides support, guidance, and accountability as the coachee goes through the process. This can involve learning new skills, and reflecting.
5. Monitoring Progress: Regular check-ins are an essential part of the coaching process, as they allow us to reflect on our starting point and the shifts that were made along the way.
6. Evaluation and Reflection: At the end of the coaching program, the coach and coachee evaluate the outcomes against the initial goals. Allowing the coachee to reflect on the coaching journey.
7. Continued Growth: Often, coaching leads to ongoing personal growth beyond the initial goals, setting the stage for continuous improvement and further development.
Coaching is typically a facilitative rather than directive process, meaning that the coach helps the coachee to find their own solutions rather than prescribing what they should do. This empowers the coachee to develop their problem-solving skills, self-awareness, and self-efficacy.
Coaching is a collaborative process. It provides goal setting and action planning. Coaches hold the individuals accountable for their commitments
Coaching is an interactive experience where you discover your goals and your strengths and use them to help you travel down a path you want.
100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.
The duration of your coaching journey and when you can expect to see results hinge significantly on your level of commitment and openness to the process. While each individual's progress varies, most people begin to observe noticeable shifts in their emotional and behavioral patterns within 5 to 8 coaching sessions. My coaching programs offer the opportunity to understand how this personalized approach can support your child's growth and development.
